All below recipes use the Fahrenheit temperature scale and American measurements, simply because I’m American.  I have a much-loved scale so I suppose I could measure my ingredients by weight, but alas…  I don’t want to leave anyone in the lurch, so please refer to Clotilde Dusoulier‘s excellent notes on conversions over at Chocolate + Zucchini should you need to.
